Siping Juyuan Hanyang Supplies All-Welded Plate Heat Exchangers for Arctic LNG 2

Novatek's Arctic LNG 2 natural gas liquefaction plant is a large polar LNG project. The project selected a Chinese power gas turbine supplier, and Siping Juyuan Hanyang Plate Heat Exchanger Co., Ltd., as a long-term partner in the gas turbine supply chain, supplied 80 all-welded plate heat exchangers for the project.
Heat Exchange Demand for Polar Gas Turbine Service
Arctic LNG 2 requires stable power for natural gas production, storage, condensation, and liquefaction. The onshore gas turbine power plant provides continuous electricity, while lube oil coolers and generator oil coolers are critical to reliable operation of the gas turbine system.
Validation for -52 C Conditions
The project environment can reach -52 C, placing high demands on equipment stability, reliability, and manufacturing quality. Siping Juyuan Hanyang Plate Heat Exchanger Co., Ltd. developed multiple process route options and used testing to refine production methods, supporting long-term operation under severe low-temperature conditions.
80 Units Shipped to the Project
The 80 all-welded plate heat exchangers for the project have been manufactured and are being shipped to the site. The all-welded structure supports sealing reliability and is relevant for industrial applications that require low leakage risk, structural integrity, and stable long-term operation.
Siping Juyuan Hanyang Plate Heat Exchanger Co., Ltd. said its product families include gasketed plate, semi-welded, all-welded, integrated heat exchange systems, and smart heating platforms. The company will continue to support domestic and overseas engineering projects through green development and technical innovation.
