Samsung Group is one of the best-known companies in South Korea and the country's largest business group. It comprises 44 affiliated companies and a number of other legal entities. After cooling and filtration, the process water returns to the production tools in a closed loop. This keeps process equipment running at stable temperature and pressure and meets the needs of semiconductor manufacturing. The process water may be purified or ultrapure water.
