Lanzhou Lanshi Heat Exchange Ships 10 Removable Plate Heat Exchangers for the Torch Project

On April 28, 10 removable plate heat exchangers manufactured by Lanzhou Lanshi Heat Exchange Equipment Co., Ltd. for the "Torch Project water-cooling system plate heat exchanger" project successfully passed factory acceptance and were officially completed and shipped.
The delivered heat exchange equipment will mainly support the national nuclear-fusion energy development priority known as the "Torch Project" and serves as core heat exchange equipment for maintaining reliable operation of the project's water-cooling system. In response to the high safety and reliability requirements of the nuclear-fusion device, as well as complex operating conditions involving frequent annual starts and stops and frequent variable-load operation, Lanzhou Lanshi Heat Exchange Equipment Co., Ltd. has, since project launch, strictly benchmarked nuclear-power design and manufacturing specifications, established a full-process quality control mechanism, implemented special deep degreasing during production, and tightly controlled key technical parameters such as water-quality resistivity. While achieving efficient heat transfer, the company also optimized energy-consumption indicators, fully meeting the strict technical and operating requirements of advanced high-end scientific research equipment.
The successful delivery of this equipment is another important practice and technical breakthrough for Lanzhou Lanshi Heat Exchange Equipment Co., Ltd. in the frontier nuclear-fusion energy field. Supported by a deep foundation in heat exchange equipment R&D and manufacturing and a mature nuclear-power quality assurance management system, the company will continue to focus on high-end heat exchange equipment R&D and manufacturing, concentrate on breakthroughs in key core technologies, and contribute Lanshi's strength to the high-quality development of China's high-end energy equipment.
