Fully Welded Wide Channel Plate Heat Exchanger
The official page says the fully welded wide channel plate heat exchanger is created for special customer needs and is particularly suitable for media containing large amounts of solid particles, fiber suspensions, and viscous fluids in metallurgy, papermaking, sugar, alcohol, chemical engineering, and sewage treatment processes. The product uses large single plates, with maximum length over 10,000mm and width of 1,200mm. Plate spacing columns are laser welded, long welds are seam welded, outer-end welds use automatic argon arc welding, and each plate pair receives 0.6-0.7MPa air-tightness testing after welding.
